Shipping

We carefully package and ship all PictureFuse transformations from our studio in Australia.

Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided on dispatch.

Processing time: 3–5 business days after artwork approval
Delivery time:

Standard: 3–7 business days (Australia)
Express: 1–3 business days (Australia)

International: Coming soon

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Track Your Order

Once your transformation is ready and dispatched, you’ll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

If you haven’t received it within 7 days of approval, please contact us at

Returns & Exchanges

Because each transformation is custom-made from your photo, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, we’ll always make it right if:


There’s a printing or delivery error


Your order arrives damaged


You’re unhappy with the final result due to a production issue

To request a reprint or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@picturefuse.com.au and include your order number plus photos of the issue.

Packaging & Handling

All prints are protected in flat or rolled packaging depending on size.
